No, definitely not. LED is just the technology behind the light; it says nothing about the color. Our lamp uses specific red LEDs without a blue component. So you get pure red light, without the disruptive effect on your melatonin.
That depends on the size and layout of the room. In smaller rooms, one lamp is often enough to create atmospheric evening lighting. For larger living rooms, we usually recommend two to three lamps to create a pleasant, even glow.
