Alina's goal is to make customers happy and ensure that our products really support your sleep. No noticeable effect? Money back, no hassle. You can always return any product* within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund if the product is received in good condition. We believe that clarity and trust are the basis of a good customer experience.
How do you report a return?
Send us an email atTeam@alinastore.nl with the following information and we will take care of the rest:
- Your full name
- The name of the product
- Reason for return or exchange (optional, but helps us improve our services and products)
Exchange
Ordered the wrong size of blue light glasses? We offer you the option to exchange them once free of charge within 30 days. In that case, we will reimburse the return costs and send you the replacement blue light glasses free of charge.
If you exchange your product for a cheaper one, we will refund you the difference. If you choose a more expensive product, you only pay the difference. A second exchange is also possible, but you will have to pay the shipping costs yourself.
Returns
Would you rather not have another product and prefer a refund? That's also possible. You can report the return within 30 days of purchase, and then you have another 14 days to actually return the product.
In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless we have made a mistake—for example, in the case of a damaged product or incorrect delivery. In that case, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.
Conditions for returns or exchanges
To ensure that your return or exchange is processed correctly, please note the following:
- The product must be unwashed.
- It must not contain any damage.
- You clearly state your name as the sender on or inside the package.
If the product does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return or withhold compensation.
Incorrect address provided?
Did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to adjust it for you.
If your order included a free product that is listed in the order overview, this must also be returned. If you keep the free product, we may charge you for it.
*Our grounding sheets are classified as hygienic products as referred to in Article 6:230p, paragraph e of the Civil Code (BW). This means that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the sealed packaging has been opened or broken. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened sheets, unless we have made a mistake ourselves, for example, if the wrong product has been delivered or the product is damaged upon receipt. Therefore, always check carefully that you have received the correct product and that it meets your expectations before breaking the seal. If you still wish to return the product after the packaging has been opened, this is only possible with a 30% deduction from the refund amount. We carefully clean and test these products and then offer them on the second-hand market. In this way, we prevent waste and give the product a second life.
