You might sometimes want to return an order. Perhaps because you're not satisfied with the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 28 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the order amount. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If Alina has delivered the wrong product, the costs will of course be borne by Alina and we will ensure that the correct product is sent immediately.

We must receive a tracking code for your return, otherwise we may not issue a refund. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Alina with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Please include a note with your name.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@alinastore.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 3 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Warranty: All products come with a 6-month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and hardware defects under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, liquids, or drops is not covered.

No. The lamp can be used in a fixture connected to a dimmer, but the lamp’s brightness itself cannot be adjusted.

Yes, you can safely use the lamp in a fixture connected to a dimmer, but the lamp itself is not dimmable. The 3-color function, which lets you switch between the different light colors using a regular light switch, will continue to work as normal.

The only difference is the size of the screw fitting. E14 is a small fitting with a diameter of 14 mm, often used in small table lamps and chandeliers. E27 is a standard large fitting with a diameter of 27 mm, commonly used in household lamps. The light specifications and functionality are otherwise identical.

The lamp works without a remote control, and you don’t need to touch it. You switch between colors using the on/off switch of the fixture in which the lamp is installed. Turn the switch off and immediately back on to move to the next light color.

When the lamp has been switched off for at least 6 seconds, the color is automatically reset. When you switch the lamp on again afterward, it starts with red light again.

Wear yellow lenses during the day (for example, in front of a screen or under artificial light) to reduce fatigue and sensory overload. Red lenses are intended for the evening, when it is dark outside or approximately two hours before bedtime. They block all disruptive light frequencies that can disturb your biological clock, helping you drift off to dreamland.

Our lenses are made from high-quality optical CR39 plastic. This material is impact-resistant, lightweight, and comfortable to wear all day. It also offers excellent clarity comparable to traditional glass, but without the extra weight and risk of shattering.

Moreover, it is not possible to incorporate the blue-light filter into glass, whereas CR39 itself is the filter. With glass, a coating is applied that can wear off.

It's important to note that grounding products aren't dependent on the voltage of the outlet (whether it's 110 volts or 240 volts), as they don't run on electricity. What really matters is whether the outlet itself is grounded or not.

You can recognize an ungrounded outlet by the fact that it only has the two usual openings into which you can insert the plug. A grounded outlet, on the other hand, has, in addition to the two usual openings, two metal pins—one at the top and one at the bottom.
