You might sometimes want to return an order. Perhaps because you're not satisfied with the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 28 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the order amount. Only the return costs from your home to the online store are at your own expense. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

If Alina has delivered the wrong product, the costs will of course be borne by Alina and we will ensure that the correct product is sent immediately.

We must receive a tracking code for your return, otherwise we may not issue a refund. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to Alina with all accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Please include a note with your name.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@alinastore.nl . We will then refund the order amount due within 3 days of receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition. If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value of the product. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

Garantie: Alle producten worden geleverd met een garantie van 6 maanden. Deze garantie dekt fabricagefouten en defecten aan de hardware bij normaal gebruik. Schade door verkeerd gebruik, vloeistoffen of vallen wordt niet gedekt.

Standaardlevering duurt 1 tot 2 werkdagen. Voor Zuid- en Oost-Europa kan de levertijd oplopen tot 4 werkdagen. Onze producten worden verzonden vanuit Rotterdam. Zodra je pakket ons magazijn verlaat, ontvang je automatisch per e-mail de trackinginformatie.

Nee. De lamp kan worden gebruikt in een armatuur dat is aangesloten op een dimmer, maar de lichtsterkte van de lamp zelf kan niet worden aangepast.

Ja, je kunt de lamp veilig gebruiken in een fitting die is aangesloten op een dimmer, maar de lamp zelf is niet dimbaar. De 3-kleurenfunctie, waarmee je via een normale lichtschakelaar tussen de verschillende lichtkleuren wisselt, blijft gewoon werken.

Het enige verschil is de maat van de schroeffitting. E14 is een kleine fitting met een diameter van 14 mm, die vaak wordt gebruikt in kleine tafellampen en kroonluchters. E27 is een standaard grote fitting met een diameter van 27 mm, die veel wordt gebruikt in huishoudelijke lampen. De lichtspecificaties en functionaliteiten zijn verder identiek.

De lamp werkt zonder afstandsbediening en je hoeft de lamp niet aan te raken. Je wisselt van kleur met de aan-uitschakelaar van het armatuur waarin de lamp is gedraaid. Zet de schakelaar uit en direct weer aan om naar de volgende lichtkleur te gaan.

Wanneer de lamp minimaal 6 seconden uitgeschakeld is geweest, wordt de kleur automatisch gereset. Zodra je de lamp daarna weer inschakelt, start deze opnieuw met rood licht.

Gele lenzen draag je overdag (bijvoorbeeld achter je scherm of onder kunstlicht) om vermoeidheid en overprikkeling te verminderen. Rode lenzen zijn er juist voor de avond, wanneer het donker is buiten of ongeveer twee uur voor het slapengaan. Ze blokkeren alle storende lichtfrequenties die je biologische klok kunnen verstoren om jouw in dromenland te brengen.
