Grounding sheet: supporting a peaceful sleeping environment
The Alina grounding sheet consists of 95% organic cotton and 5% silver thread. The silver thread provides conductivity, while the cotton offers comfort and breathability.
How do you use the grounding sheet?
Direct contact with the skin works best, but if you prefer to use a fitted sheet over the grounding sheet, that is also possible. Do not use a synthetic fitted sheet for this, but one made of wool, cotton, or silk.
Grounding the sheet
The grounding sheet can be connected in two ways:
-
Via a grounded outlet, recognizable by metal pins at the top and bottom. The sheet is not connected to the mains, so there is no risk of electric shock. It only concerns the grounding pins.
-
Via a grounding pin that is led outside through a window and placed in the ground.
Always use the recommended connection materials and check that the grounding is correct. The sheet is then ready for use. Below are the washing instructions for the sheet:
You can wash the sheet as often as you like at 40° (sometimes at 60° if there are stains), using a detergent without chlorine bleach. You can tumble dry it (on the lowest setting), but it is preferable to dry it without a dryer so that the sheet lasts longer. Silver has
