Alina's goal is to guarantee your satisfaction and ensure that our products truly promote good sleep. No noticeable effect? Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back, hassle-free. You can return any product* within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund if the product is returned in good condition. We believe that transparency and trust are essential to a successful customer experience.

How to register a return?

Send us an email at Team@alinastore.nl with the following information and we will take care of the rest:

• Your full name
• Product name
• Reason for return or exchange (optional, but helps us improve our services and products)

Exchange

Would you prefer to try something else? We offer a free exchange within 30 days. We cover the return shipping costs and send you the replacement product free of charge.

If you choose a cheaper product, we will refund you the difference. If you opt for a more expensive product, you only pay the difference. A second exchange is possible, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Returns

Would you rather not have another product and prefer a refund? That's possible. You can register your return request within 30 days of purchase, then you have an additional 14 days to return the product.

In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the error is our fault (for example, a damaged product or incorrect delivery). In this case, we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

Return or exchange conditions

To process a return or exchange correctly, please note the following points:

• The product must be unwashed.
• It must not show any damage.
• Clearly indicate your name as the sender on or inside the package.

If the product does not meet these conditions, we may refuse the return or withhold the refund.

Did you enter an incorrect address?

Did you accidentally enter an incorrect delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will be happy to change it.

If your order included a free product mentioned in your order summary, this must also be returned. If you keep the free product, you may be charged return shipping costs.

Our grounding sheets are considered hygiene products within the meaning of Article 6:230p, paragraph e, of the Dutch Civil Code (BW). Consequently, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the sealed packaging is opened or damaged. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened sheets, except in the event of an error on our part (for example, if the wrong product was delivered to you or if the product was damaged upon receipt). Before opening the packaging, please check carefully that you have received the correct product and that it meets your expectations. If you wish to return the product after opening the packaging, a 30% refund will be applied. We carefully clean and test these products before offering them on the second-hand market. In this way, we combat waste and give them a second life.
